Doesn't matter what Haney feels he's worth in the rematch or where it takes place if it was all stipulated in the contract he signed.

Good for you, Devin. Contract or no contract, show the man some respect.

          The champ has spoken.

I can understand Haney having to take short money to get the first fight, as well as having to agree to go to Australia for the rematch.

But after winning the first fight he should be compensated fairly now. No more short money.

He did what he had to for the belts at the end of the day he signed a legal contract whatever the outcome of the first fight u have to honor that contract. These guys aren't poor Haney has around 5 million dollars he can beat Kambosos ass again and walk away with all the belts then he can dictate but for now he's gotta stick to the contract.

These rematch clause slave contracts have to stop in boxing.

                First Joshua now Kambosos.

It's ok to include a rematch clause but it should be illegal to also include a forced purse.

yeah man not saying i agree at all i think a rematch should only be warranted on close fights but nobody made Haney sign it don't get me wrong he got screwed hard but that's the price he paid for the belts. I don't even think they should run it back but if Kambobos wants to then that's fair enough.

The Australian government has paid a large portion of the bill.

They’re not interested in paying boring Haney, that’s why his contract was pre-negotiated, if Haney doesn’t like it, drop the belts and move up in weight.
Riiiiiiiiggghht...Because Kambussy had nothing to do with the fight being boring, correct?

Give to Haney 50/50 purse and make the rematch. Kambosos can beat him by better jab defense and ring cutting skills.
