I'd say they are virtually identical in height and reach. Measured difference of 1/2" height and 1" reach. Athlete height and reach measurements are notoriously inaccurate.

Bivol is by no means small he just isn't huge for that weight class.

Beterbiev is shorter but he is also a lot more built than most his stature and naturally a very strong guy.

Size in boxing is not solely height and reach. Someones natural muscle mass and body type also play a factor.
