I didn’t see a close fight at all. Giving Pulev 4 rounds is generous. He did not let his hands go and he didn’t learn much clean over the entire fight. Chisora’s well is possibly the deepest in the entire sport. He looks like he’s about to have a heart attack one minute into the fight but somehow he keeps going, wading in and throwing hard punches up to the final bell.

Another fight that makes sense for Chisora now is a rematch with Helenius, however I doubt Helenius would want it since he is almost in line for a WBA title shot. Chisora can right that wrong as most people had him winning vs Helenius last time around. He has already beat Pulev in the rematch, beating Helenius in a rematch would be justice. Then maybe fight for the Regular WBA title with Dubois, that would be a perfect cap on his career if he could win both of those fights and walk away with the WBA regular belt and say he finally won a “World Title”.

Glad to see chisora with the win.
Totally agreed. Aside from being boring, it’s a highly predictable style, and not even proper boxing.

Talked about tying up before as a fundamental, but obviously it’s an absolute last resort, not the entire basis of one’s strategy. Can’t help feeling jab-and-grabbers would get creamed in a street fight with someone of similar size and fighting know how.

You think old frank will let Dubois anywhere near delboy?? Not for a million $.. Franks getting dbo a slip in the back door with the wba... he will fight some cans over next 2-3 fights till he gets his crack. Delboy is a absolute nightmare for anyone. I wouldnt want to see him vs Wilder as i believe Wilder sparks everything in his range other then fury and usyk... if and when AJ loses to Usyk, id like joshua vs chisora to be made, chisora gets his final mega pay day... and who knows any one of them over hand rights land on aj chin could be night night

No, I don't believe he's paying for anyone to win. But clearly some do. So why bother watching his shows. Or is that just their narrative because of petty agendas?

Going life and death seems to be the goal here. Delboy edging AJ scraps has the natives restless.

But just a few fights ago Chisora gave Usyk all he could handle. A lot of people even had Chisora winning that fight, Wheras AJ lost to Usyk pretty handily and most think Usyk beats him again in the rematch. Chisora also did better over Parker than AJ did in the first fight, even knocking him down. He also knocked Takam out quicker than AJ did. You can’t take anything away from the man, he comes to fight!

If Pulev had won the last round I would have had it a draw but he didn’t, so would the consensus of the judges. I thought the right guy won their first fight too.

Chisora vs. Dubois. It probably won't happen because of promotional ties, but it would be a good "passing the torch" old lion vs. young lion match-up.
