GGG cannot win this anyhow - basically zero chance at this point. So, better to keep Canelo at a distance with the jab (if he can) and let the judges give it to Canelo by UD than to get seriously hurt. I am not saying that otherwise, GGG will be KOed by Canelo (unless Canelo somehow lands a big shot to the body), but I think at his age, GGG might actually get seriously hurt. GGG cannot afford to start slowly like he did against Murata.

GGG may not win but there is no such thing as zero chance. Otherwise I could put a $25 bet to a bunch of people willing to put $10,000 on Canelo and if there was such a thing as a zero chance, everyone would put up $10,000 if they had it to win my $25.

That is why I am not his fan. For GGG it has always been everything about Canelo. he never wanted Cotto, Ward, just Canelo.

GGG`s career in one sentence will be: he fought Canelo three times.

If you think about it Golovkin has been cashing out for his retirement ever since he's been on DAZN.

In my view, Canelo is the one that has to get some get-back, because in reality, he clearly lost the 1st fight, just like Wilder did against Fury in their 1st fight, where aside from a few good moments, he was soundly beaten almost every round, and somehow the judges scored it a draw. And Canelo barely sc****d by in the 2nd fight, was aggressive but not always effective, got handled and controlled with the jab alone, got his eye busted wide open and was gasping and hanging on by the end of the fight. He got the decision, but it's a very debatable win. He wasn't dominant, by any means.

Yes, yes...there is always the possibility of the million-dollar-punch. It's just very, very, very unlikely at this point, given that GGG has declined markedly and needs to move to 168, and given that Canelo has a rock solid chin. The only thing Canelo has to do is not get KOed. An old, slow GGG is not able to outbox Canelo Bivol-style.

Agree regarding Ward - but Cotto and shot Martinez would have been easy fights for him, though not as great money-wise.
