If Paul can stop a 12-1 HW, I think it looks pretty good for his resume.
    • Tank fought a 5-8 fighter at 6 fights.
    • Wilder fought a 1-2-2 at 6 fights.
    • Crawford fought a 9-10-1 at 6 fights.
    • Spence fought a 4-4-1 at 6 fights.
    • Canelo fought a 2-2 at 6 fights.
Paul is a side show fighter that a retired Mayweather put on the map in a side show match. His defeating a past it MMA fighter and now fighting a mediocre HW with a semi well-known family name, is of little consequence to the sport of boxing.

Is it not fair to to say that ~20 million screaming nerds watching boxing when thy otherwise wouldn't be, IS of consequence to the sport of boxing?

These nerds tune in when the Pauls fight, because they are their Youtube heroes, not because they are boxing fans. When anyone else fights, how many tune in, I wonder? I would venture to say a very small percentage, hence my belief that they are of little consequence to the sport.

Brother man, Jake Paul is Johnny Appleseed. Them seeds are gonna grow, they're gonna want to get into backyard boxing matches, they'll take us back full circle.

You're fortune telling is based on your dislike. Think outside the box, it's only good what we're getting from Paul Brothers. Think about it, they would NEVER meet a hardcore fans expectation, the positives outweigh the negatives 100% fact. Talent wise they're lemons, but what we'll get out of it is lemonade.

Not a fan of this kid, but If it's all staged to make Jake look good, then why enforce the rule to drain Rahman Jr.? Wouldn't it make more sense to have Jake "beat" a true heavyweight with a big weight advantage over him? I don't believe it's staged. Jr. is coming in there to knock Jake's head off, and with ten years of amateur experience he probably will.

I don't think it's staged either. If it was, Jake would get exposed and bye bye Jake.

I'll believe it when I see it, my brother.
