As evidenced by his loss to Bivol, Alvarez is neither big enough nor skilled enough to conquer a bigger, legit better fighter. Can he beat a bigger yet less skilled fighter? We've seen that he can, but what's the point of doing that? Oh, that's right, to set records. Woo Hoo!

It's an excellent excuse. Being smaller is a disadvantage. Is it possible to overcome a disadvantage by being a lot better in other areas? Sure, so what??

Bivol is an excellent fighter, very solid across the board. Trying to overcome that size disadvantage is going to be tough. What does Canelo do a lot better than Bivol?

Was Floyd too small to beat ggg, or was he not good enough?

hes just not good enough. he wasnt 'too small' for mayweather and he got made to look like a ****ing bum. was lucky to get a decision against lara too, and GGG. theres a theme here that when he fights a good fighter he doesnt look so good, when he fights a bum he looks great.

Hi, could you please mention one elite fighter he beat, his size, without controversy?

If you pick Canelo to beat a 175 contender, than an excuse "he is too small to beat Bivol" is a holy crap.

He is probably not too small, he is just not good enough.
Canelo can beat the average 250lb guy on the street. Why???
Boxing abilities means something. Size only plays a role IF the guy isn’t that talented. Bivol is very talented. He also can’t be hurt by Canelo.

I don't think Nell is in bivols weight class period. The fact Nell can beat some 175 guys don't mean he's a 175 guy. Nelo maybe walks around at 175 like floyd did at 160

What's GGG's excuse for not moving up again ?!?!?

Will any of these boogeymen move up ?!?!?

People expect more from Nelo !

Would anybody here pick Smith jr. to beat Canelo at 175?

Canelo is very likely N.3. at 175. he just can`t be N.1.
