Tommy had no real pull or say in this fight though. His job was to shut up turn up to fight and collect his highest ever payday in any avenue of his careers history. He is the one who is the so called fighting man going up against a “Disney princess, YouTuber clown” for TWO MILLION DOLLARS FFS. Tommy ain’t no A star celeb that sells PPV. He’s Tyson’s snotty nose little brother to Joe Schmo in Britain.

Jake Paul is the one selling it. He is the star attraction so to speak. In all honesty Hasim Rahman is no lower than a Tommy fury in ability. Tommy is embarrassing at this point who loves the publicity but has no intention of fighting. He’d be better served going to Tyson and having it out and telling him I didn’t wanna fight Jake Paul you shouldn’t of called him out for me ffs, Tommy fury is a wet fish.

It's a bad look for Tommy, but still bad for Jake Paul. There's only so many bullets he can fire without actually getting in the ring with a boxer. First it's non-boxers, then it's D-grade boxers who can't get into the country. People will tire of the sideshow eventually.

Rahman jr is a better win than Tommy fury, the guy is a heavyweight also.
This could be a loss for Jake paul but at least it's a risk.

Paul's problem is that he's on ppv as a novice that's why he can't go the normal journeyman route he needs a name even if its only a last name or a ufc name.

Tommy fury had a last name and has now forced jake Paul to get a replacement opponent at the last minute twice.

I'm sure Paul won't give him another chance and if anyone serious offers tommy a fight going forward they would be wise to make him sign a wavier to forfeit funds if he pulls out for whatever reason
