Magsayo has power but he struggles at times to land it effectively. He had a one armed Gary Russell Jr and didn't push the pace or force the issue, almost allowing GRJ to steal a decision with the judges help.
Vargas will most certainly not trade with Mark, opting to jab, grab and clutch and possibly eke out an underwhelming decision. I hope I'm wrong.
Incidentally the last time I remember a Filipino fighter begging for his opponent to stand and **** before the fight was Casimero against Rigondeaux. I hope it's not a sign of things to come.
