He's also fighting guys who are over 6 ft and have 75in reaches, so yeah it'll be easier for them to land (I assume this is where you bring up Johnson knocking him down). Canelo's going to have to get close and that's not really beneficial for him.

Canelo is not hard to hit at all. Bivol hit him many times. Bivol is light hitting guy, he never knocks out anybody.

Beterbiev is not slower than Bivol, but much stronger. He would make a full damage on Canelo.

Canelo`s corner would probably stop the fight.

The problem is that Canelo, in order to land hard, heavy shots, has to load up. When you load up, you can see the punches a mile away. Second, he doesn't have the stature to really hurt these guys. Bivol is a small light heavyweight. Beterbiev is one of the larger light heavyweights. Beterbiev would feel Canelo's best shot and smile at him. Canelo would have to hit Beterbiev's chin dead on in order to hurt him, and the problem with that is that Beterbiev is an excellent boxer, so it's unlikely he lands cleanly. Third, every time Canelo throws, something will be coming back at him that hurts three times and much as Canelo's punches. Beterbiev doesn't even have to land cleanly for the punches to have devastating effect. Just blocking those shots will mess up your arms. Canelo doesn't have the mass to handle that power.

I'm not sure if Beterbiev would KO Canelo because he's hard to hit cleanly but it is possible, by breaking him down with punches to his shoulders, arm, sides of the body. I think the likely outcome is Canelo saying "no mas" in the corner or Reynoso's throwing in the towel. He fled the light heavyweight division for a reason three years ago. He had more sense back then.

Artur isn't just a face first brawler he has skill underneath, out of fear Canelo changed his whole style to fight GGG first time, props for what he did the second fight but it was telling, Beter. Ain't GGG, he not gonna go on the revert to a points game. Every time Canelo faced this style the guy had no chin or was a mummy.

Canelo needs to just stay out this division and stay away from Beterbiev!
