UK fans like boxing. Would they fill a stadium to see undisputed LHW fight featuring the guy who just beat Canelo, even though neither him or his opponent are British? Maybe put Buatsi or Yarde (or Buatsi vs Yarde? Unless that can fill a separate stadium by itself?) on the undercard?
Would Bivol vs Beterbiev sell in the UK?

Beterbiev has fought mostly in North America and Bivol has fought in the US a bunch of times. Don't know the conditions in Russia with the war they having at this time would be a good venue.
The UK has great boxing fans so it cannot be dismissed as a good venue.Comment

It wouldnt fill a stadium. The UK boxing scene is big but its also quite inward looking. Theres a large casual audience and those people dont care about much that isnt UK related unless its the absolute biggest names like Canelo and GGG. A Del Boy fight would probably do better numbers there than Beterbiev/Bivol tbh.Comment

It wouldn’t sell out a stadium in the UK. It doesn’t even sell out a big arena tbh. When Tank, Loma, Spence etc came over here I essentially got my ticket for free. Barely anybody sells out in the UK tbh.Comment

Bring it to the UK and I'll pay, not sure about filling a stadium though... That seems doubtful, specially in the present climate.Comment

It would be a great event to go to I reckon, would literally just be the hardcores and maybe a few Russian-Britons if they’re even still here with the current political climate.Comment
