You really shouldn't need those points made

I think you are a big fan of AJ and I can respect that but I cannot ignore reality.
Canelo is my guy and I give him shït for his lack of endurance. He’s even worse than AJ.

I won't pretend he has great endurance. But that's not what he's about.

If Usyk takes him deep into the fight then he's a very clear favourite. Joshua needs to take Usyk out in the first 6.

I don’t have any personal issues with AJ but we can move on from that.

Since you mention Canelo’s endurance (lack of), I’ll let you know that Canelo is my guy and I say the same thing about him. For a guy that was getting fatigued when he was under 30, it’s incredibly unprofessional and embarrassing.

You are correct about Canelo - he is worse than AJ and it is unacceptable. So any time he gets beat, he truly deserves it and I mock him for it. I still root for him because he’s my guy.
Alvarez and Joshua have a certain body type, which I think? Lets them excel at explosive and power activities.

But their endurance may suffer. Still I would say Joshua's endurance is greater than Alvarez's.

We have not really witnessed Alvarez display any great feats of endurance.

Joshua's durability and endurance were the two factors as to why he won his fight vs Kiltschko etc.

How do you see the rematch playing out? The variables are still the same I.e Usyk is a better boxer and his southpaw stance looks to be perhaps the biggest factor. That said, AJ has Robert Garcia who is pretty good at preparing his guys.

I think Joshua will reset back to what he was. Good fundamentals, heavy handed, fast enough hands. His experience against Ruiz and Usyk should make him a better fighter... but people don't tend to acknowledge that

I still think the fight is more about Usyk. With all the talk about Joshua, I don't think Usyk got enough credit - his movement and punch selection was beautiful for a heavyweight with a real threat in front of him. I'm not sure I've seen many better heavyweight performances.

And we didn't see Usyk need to adjust his style. I know he can adjust in fights. I don't think Joshua can to the same degree.

So it's back to exceptional power and good skills, against good power and exceptional skills. Early Joshua stoppage against Usyk wearing him down and winning late or on points.

I edge towards Usyk purely on ability to adapt in fights, but would love to see Joshua get a stoppage. I'm not exactly a fanboy, but he's the one who has always tried to be Undisputed and hope he achieves it.

Do you think AJ will push for a stoppage ?

He didn't vs a fat fck Andy.
              He decided to outbox him.

Imo, if he didn't push for a KO vs a guy begging for it, how can he vs a guy in supreme condition ?

Thats a fair breakdown. The rematch with Ruiz was a perfectly executed game plan.
Usyk is more fluid with better movements so I don’t think the Ruiz game plan will be that effective against Usyk.
If AJ doesn’t fight aggressively by not just looking busier but also going for a KO, I see Usyk getting another UD win.

It's a completely different fighter in front of him. He needs to stop Usyk. He didn't need to stop Ruiz - in fact it really wasn't worth it. Ruiz wanted him to engage and exchange.

Usyk would be very happy if he tries to fight how he did against Ruiz in the rematch.

In boxing, getting revenge is nice
Exacting revenge, a la Lennox Lewis, is the goal.

                    You knock me out ?
Get ready to get knocked out.

Andy was ripe for a beating.
No way was he going to catch AJ like he did the 1st fight.

So you think AJ will try being a better boxer and let the judges do their job ?
