Comments Thread For: Jarrell Miller Stateside Return Eyed For July 23 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Jarrell Miller is on course for his first stateside fight since the pandemic. BoxingScene.com has confirmed that plans are in place for the unbeaten heavyweight, who is slated to appear on a July 23 show in the main ballroom of the Embassy Suites hotel in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The fight will come exactly one month after his 23 points win over Ariel Bracamonte on the road in Buenos Aires, Argentina, which marked his first ring appearance in nearly four years, which is how long it's been since Miller has fought in the U.S.

Come on Wilder. That's a short drive away from Alabama. Run up on him and get a fight done

A quick turnaround is a good thing for Miller if he is back in the gym & dropping weight without cheating. He has a lot of work to do & staying busy is the best thing for him. Fight as often as possible for the rest of 2022 building back up. Most people doubt he can be as active without PEDS so it is up to him to prove he can fight without cheating.

He's not dropping weight, as shown above, no clean diet with him. And at his age you have to do clean diet.

FOR energy/activity he can do other things. But he seems to carry the weight well somehow, like Butterbean. Probably does a lot of leg and core strength training.

That picture was from years ago I thought? The pick with the cheeseburger? I’m pretty sure he was much flabbier at 341. I have to watch the recent fight. He did a lot of PEDS so we will see if he can stay clean & do things the right way. 300lbs would be the first target you would think…

It's hard to imagine Miller accomplishing a lot.

A payday as an opponent for the likes of Whyte or Parker in the UK is off the table due to Hearn blacklisting him (rightfully so). Can you even earn a ranking when the promoters of the guys in the top 15 won't touch you?

I can honestly see his best opportunity being some clown show... like fighting Shannon Briggs on Triller or something.
