Canelo is such a bull**** artist, if he preferred immediate rematch with Bivol to Golovkin trilogy, he'd be fighting Bivol next.

I expect the same result, possibly a stoppage if they run it right back. I had Kovalev winning on the cards until Canelo KO'd him. Canelo should have never gone past 168, where he already looks smaller frame-wise. Just because you can make the weight limit, does not mean you can outbox those great big men. As much as I don't care to watch this 3rd fight, I'm not going to lie to myself and say I won't. It may be compelling, and GGG clearly will bring it as much as he can. Too much hate on Canelo for going up and daring to be great while there are fighters with beyond padded records continuously refusing to fight any semblance of a threat.
What is this logic with which you speak? Where's the emotionalism? This is boxing! Aren't we supposed to be irrational?

Nobody expects that of course. Is he just going to hope for a Canelo win vs GGG and then wait for a date on the rematch?
I am like 99% sure that regardless of what Bivol does or doesn't do from now until Canelo is able to negotiate a rematch with him, will have any impact on Canelo's intentions. He wants to avenge his loss... Bivol can fight and lose but it won't take that target off his back for Canelo. I am certain of that.

Canelo loses to bivol, but goes for Golovkin instead. In both of Joshua's fights,he was at least competitive in certain areas, being able to drop ruiz and actually win some rounds off of usyk. Meanwhile canelo had no answers for bivol, and many people had him winning around 2 rounds. Hearn saw what we all saw. Canelo was outsized, outmaneuvered, outworked, and beaten to the punch with every exchange. They might be hoping that Artur and bivol beat the snot out of each other, and canelo can go back in and pick up the leftovers.
It's called a contract! What are kids being taught at school today. I despair.
