                Both fighters were skilled & came in top shape with a good game plan. Gonzalez took over & earned a hard fought victory.. To say he took Barriga's power is sort of an overstatement since Barriga has scored only 2 stoppages in 13 fights & one of those was because the other fighter just quit(no knockdown or anything was scored)
