Well at least you’re knowledgable about stuff like institutional racism. Sorry to be patronizing, but that surprises me because most people are not, and my expectations are so low from talking to be people round here, so I salute you.
OTOH, black-on-white racism doesn’t exist, and that Google definition is a well-known fraud, with definition 2 contradicting the 1st one, because Interpersonal racism can only present where bigotry along racialised lines correlates with existing, or historical power dynamics. As you know, there is no precedent, anywhere, for white social groups enduring structural discrimination under the governance of black institutional power (so far, ofc) and it is, thus, laughable that any prejudice operating in this manner can be described as racism, though it may indeed be ‘racial bias’. E.g. a school child who is non-white expressing racialised hostility to a white school child within a white educational structure, itself existing under white governance is absolutely not racism.
This is like when hetero men complain that there’s no straight pride, or that they’re victims of “reverse sexism” from women. Just “no”.
