The loss is really good for Ramirez, he should soak it in. When you start off your career with a loss like JMM and Hopkins, you will be overlooked, underrated, and the underdog. This gives a fighter the element of surprise.

Look at Hopkins. In how many big fights was he the underdog? And look how many times he won and how he often got the upset (or robbed of the upset).

Ramirez should see this as a blessing in disguise. Let the media, fans and oddsmakers never forget the loss. Wins in big fights would be so much bigger that way.

Ramirez is almost 29 years old talking about moving up in 6 or 7 years dude will probably have several loses and be irrelevant by then..

Remember not every great amateur has success at the pro level. I wanna say most don't actually, but I don't have the numbers in front of me..

Shakur is much bigger. Ramirez also wants to make sure he stays 1-0 against Shakur. I don't blame him.

If were being honest Shakur is a top P4P talent. He doesn't have the following because people wanna say he is boring but fact is he is extremely good at his craft. We all wanna see knockouts but the idea is hit and not be hit which he has down pat.

Been saying this all along: Stevenson is simply the bigger man. Not likely these two will ever meet. Ramirez said it all. Give Robeisy another year or two, depending on how much work he gets in, and he’ll be ready for a real title shot.

Robeisy beat Shakur for Gold at the Olympics. He will forever have that.

There is no shame in staying at 126 and make it his career weight. Many Great boxers have done that.

Ramirez realizes that Shakur is too big and talented at this point. No shame in admitting that. Ramirez against Navarette would be a great fight!
