Tune up for what. Let's get this over with. You guys kill me with "no one wants to see a rematch". I do. I have no problem watching Haney beat him twice. Better than the other match up we get at 135.

I bet it was boring watching a fighter you dislike not being forced out of gear one.

Loma, Teo, and definitely Garcia, wanted nothing to do with Haney neither!

Because Haney wasn't worth anything. He priced himself out with Loma and brings nothing in the way of revenue or fan base. Now that he is undisputed, there is incentive from other fighters to fight him. Simple.

Just curious, when did Haney price himself out of a fight with Loma? Haney became Loma's mandatory and Loma chose to go the franchise route. I don't remember them entering negotiations for the fight.

He did not price himself out with Loma. The WBC gave that fake title to Loma so he would not have to fight Haney, who was his mandatory! Ryan Garcia became his mandatory, and then IMMEDIATELY called out Tank, then Manny, then a Shrink! Teo didn't want it, even if he had beat Kambosos! Haney did what he was supposed to do, and his FIRST target was Loma! Loma and Arum found a way to SWERVE him for Tefimo, and Loma lost everything!

It's bad enough that the WBC came up with that fake azz "Franchise" belt, however what's worse is when boxing fans actually blame the contenders who wanted to fight the Champion, and not the Champion for swerving his mandatory!

It is completely untrue that he “priced himself out with Loma.”

Loma worked with Bob to get the franchise tag, dropped the belt, then got caught lying by Fat Dan Rafael that he didn’t know what happened.

He simply didn’t want to risk losing prior to the Teo fight, which makes business sense but is weak when you state your goal is all the belts.

As for this thread- The network execs likely told Bob they don’t give a f-ck about a rematch clause. It’s Haney v Loma next if you want network support.

Kambosos might get an easy return fight on that undercard or in Australia then get the winner- which sucks for us as fans because we all want either Teo or Tank ( who I agree wants nothing to do with Haney) next.
