So floyd realy never had to weigh in at 144lbs?
I'm not realy sure what happened with the weight,i thought the fight was at a catch weight of 144lbs.WTF is going on...

Tbone: There seems to be a lot to it, but the long and short is that ultimately Floyd only had to make 147, but there were stiff penalties for being over 144. He's gonna have to pay Juan some dough (600k is what I've been hearing) for being over the 144 mark but contractually he's okay.

I think he would rather pay the money then make himself weaker for the fight. He makes WW no problem but probably didn't want to take anything away from himself for fight night so just came in over weight. Makes sense if you ask me because a big win is gonna make him more then he was penalized.
