I'm not sure, but I think that I read somewhere that Juan Francisco Estrada was going to fight Roman Gonzalez and vacate the WBA 'Super' -- yeah, I'm pretty sure I did, I remember referencing the same situation that ' El Gallo' had with Kazuto Ioka as 112 with the same WBA.

As we now know, Estrada vacated and moved up to 115, leaving Kazuto as the new 'Super' WBA champ, what a shame to win it like that.

There is no good point in criticizing the corruption of any one sanctioning body. There can be no sanity or fairness when there is more than one governing body. Period. It's easy to criticize the WBC for their franchise champ concept, but it wasn't just conceived to charge more sanctioning fees. Fighters are in this very dangerous sport to make big money as soon as they can and the regular system is not really designed with that as a priority; especially when we are talking about unified champions. These guys are on the hook for an endless line of potentially low-interest mandatories which are not necessarily money-makers for the fighters nor in high demand by fans. So what can be done to make it all fair and a win for everyone? Nothing. There are no solutions, just trade-offs.

So the WBA is going to mess up the third Chocolatito vs Estrada fight?

They are by far the worst of all the trash alphabet organizations.

Estrada vs Chocolatito is the lineal championship fight. It doesn't need any belts.

The sanctioning bodies only gave power that the promoters, fighters, networks let them have. Fk them, fk their sanctioning fees and fk their titles.

Estrada should just fight Gonzalez, refuse to.pay a sanctioning fee for a "franchise" title that WBC gave just admitted means nothing, and let the chips fall where they will.
