Fury has capitalized off of almost a two decade era of terrible heavyweight fighters. He doesn't really believe he is that great does he? Wilder is a below stellar boxer too. But he does have something left in the tank. While he definitely has suffered wear and tear in his bouts against Fury, Wilder is still a threat in the ring. He can knock out just about every top heavyweight out there. He has a puncher's chance. But at the same time, he can get knocked out by these same heavyweights, because he can't box. Perhaps Fury hinting at retirement, is an indicator that he suffered some damage himself, when he faced Wilder. They both took punishment. I believe Fury is in worse shape than Wilder, physically. If I were Wilder, I'd take huge paydays against Ruiz, and Usyk. I think his most riskiest opponent would be Joshua. Styles make fights. I think Wilder is strong enough to knock out Ruiz and Usyk, without getting knocked out himself. I think once he gets past those opponents, that he should call it a day.

But he must switch trainers!!!!

How has Fury had an almost 2 decade career? he started in 08 and has been "inactive" 4+ years of his career, since he's been championship level his career has been as equally bad as Wilders in terms of resume apart from Wlad obviously.

Wilder is mentally shot when he makes all sorts of excuses and refuses to acknowledge his opponent when he beats him it's clear as day, I'll be amazed if he actually ever fights again.
