Nato is the military wing, which Ukraine want to join, this means Nato military in the Ukraine, right on Moscows doorsteps. They agreed to never do this, now they are trying to do it , why ? Nato bases exist and are a real thing. All places trade, but also military strategic positions are a thing for a reason.

Major conflicts are not a thing of the past , it's just that your news doesn't display them because they are people who you do not care about.
