We like fun and interesting fights, and enjoy being entertained. Theres fun fights to be had at every level. Domestically, all the way to world level. Just because you're ignorant of a fighter, doesn't make them any less talented.

It's crazy how this division went from having nothing to being really deep in just a couple years (talking about the UK specifically.) There was a time when it was basically just Matty Askin, Wadi Camacho, Stephen Simmons and Tony Conquest. Huge difference just 5 or so years later

Riakporhe vs Merhy
CBS vs Massey
Jumah vs Mendes
Thompson vs Watkins/Martell
McCarthy vs Turchi 2
Chamberlain vs Lawal
Spelman vs Ward

Those are all good, competitive matchups that could be realistically made

LHW probably has more good matchups in the UK though.


Bit of a shame to hear Shalom saying Riakphor is a year or two away from Okolie fight. The fight won't be made anyway, bit lame, but should just call for it to build the name like Avaneseyan does with Benn. No loss (although thinking about it, it is a bit cringy when they know the fight isn't happening). Maybe niave 'promoting'.

I follow boxing at every LEVEL. I just don't follow it at every DIVISION. Those are 2 DIFFERENT things.

Like I don't follow minimum weights because they're boring and I don't follow womens boxing because they suck and I don't follow cruiser because it's a historically dead division.

I like them all but give me Riakporhe vs Makabu. That’s a ending in a brutal KO either way. Good chance that happens this year too IMO.
