I don't really think Manny Pacquiao has beaten anyone during that run who was comparable to Michael Spinks. Oscar De La Hoya was well gone, weight drained everyone knows this. Floyd Mayweather's win is more impressive over De La Hoya.

Mike Tyson beat, destroyed the top fighters of his time during that first title reign. If something comparable happened at heavyweight today? That fighter would be pound for pound number 1.
