What are some comparable runs to Pacquiao’s 2005-2011 run?

Does anyone else have a run of top tier quality opponents with the majority getting smashed like that?

    Andre Ward possibly?

Struggling to come up with any other runs like that.

Roy Jones had a good ten year run from ‘93 - ‘03. Not as many P4P victories but an impressive run.

JCC had a good run from ‘84 - ‘94. But again falls a little short.

Pacquiao impressive run was Oscar through Cotto, after that it was too much cynical matchmaking, but that spell was very impressive.

Mike Tyson's first reign has Heavyweight Champion.

From winning the title, unifying, to losing it the titles.

It was a extremely destructive and impressive run of fights etc.

From 1981 - 1987, Ray Leonard beat Duran (arguably the best lightweight of all time), Hearns (5 division champion, first ballot HOFer), Kalule (very underrated champion and a solid, solid fighter) and Hagler (arguably the best middleweight of all time and p4p #1 at the time). Plus a couple of other good fighters.

It started with Barrera. The run of Oscar-Hatton-Cotto was pure Godlike Pacquiao peak though

This is the one I think. Sugar Ray was a monster. i struggle to think of any welterweight that could hang with that version of Ray tbh

So bashing Oscar that was drained to fck impressed you ?, Cotto at a CW as well, both fights have shadows over them, especially Oscar, I've never seen a fighter so messed up before the fight as he was, he gained 2 lb and was outweighed by Manny when if it was all legit Oscar would have weighed close to MW on fight night and Manny would have gave him 15-20 pounds as Floyd did.

The reason these things happen is because fans don't understand matchmaking=result, they see a guy beating the crap out of another and that's all they see.

Manny is a great champion but he was man-made through very manipulated matchmaking.
