come on guys, ward had so much protection he had his own secret service detail, that will irritate some people & he made an absolute financial killing out of a clear bad decision and fouled his was through the rematch & was the only guy to have all his fights in the super six at home, huh, the guy was truly blessed, i will give him that, other than that hes fine
if u have given out about other fighters being protected and not done the same about ward, well thats weird imoComment

Who do you consider to have been better at that time at 168? Who was better than Kovalev at 175 when Ward beat him? Who should he have fought to shut you up? Calling great fighters like Froch, Kessler and Kovalev "rubbish" is quite idiotic, so I am curious who did he avoid?Comment

I doubt many people will care to be honest! Yeah he was a good (not great) fighter with some good boxing skill, he was good at what he did, he fought some good fighters, but he also fought a lot of nobodies, he rarely fought and wasted a lot of his prime in disputes with managers etc and on top of that injuries….He won’t be remembered and talked about in years from now, nobody is gonna particularly care about this documentary. He just wasn’t very exciting to watch, not the type of fighter that you just HAD to see….very rarely left his home city.Comment

Ward beat many champions, was far from the favorite to win the Super Six tournament. Yet he did it, he was never in the wrong kind of headlines. A lot of young boxers these days can't help themselves but to get into trouble. Ward's is an inspirational story that should be shared. I'll absolutely watch it.Comment
