Why is there so much hate for Haney? The young man did what was necessary to win.

Extremely skilled, but not the most entertaining.. But I've tons of respect for him.

I hated the idea of him getting a 'belt' for dis*****g his mandatory position through email, BUT I don't blame him at the same time. It's refreshing to see how badly this dude wants to face the best.

I also can't stand when people were claiming Loma was ducking Haney. Loma was going after the belts. We can't blame Loma... some of these mandatory spots block the champs from fighting the other champs. The WBC is to blame for creating this whole 'franchise' bull****. They should have simply blocked the mandatory fights under the circumstance that their champ would fight another sanctioning bodies champ.

Back to the point.. other than Haney's style not being 'war' friendly, I think he's a great fighter. Good personality and attitude as well. I wish him all the success. It still blows my mind that he's only 23. He will fight at 147 one day. Ain't that some shyt?

Yeah I agree Davis is a very dangerous fight for him. as good a boxer Haney is I don't think he is very durable and Tank definitely has the power and hand speed to make it very interesting.
