              1st fights usually aren't indicator of 2nd fight. You might win 1 st fight easy and lose 2nd fight easy. Just if you win 1 st fight easy you don't give rematch.
              Unless the guy you beat is a great fighter and you want two wins to prove not fluke. Or the opponent has better resume and you winning twice closes gap, or you want to be only man to have 2 wins over opponent something nobodies done before
