I respect George for taking a hard fight after beating Teo and not milking the belts like 95% of current fighters would. I respect him for what he says in this thread title too.

That being said I have no interest in a rematch. If there wasn’t a clause in place, would literally anyone (besides George and his team) be asking for a rematch? I don’t think so

      That's an understatement.

I mean, I don't want to see Canelo v GGG again, but I'd watch.

But this, this, I would never watch again.

I waited through all kinds of ESPN filler and garbage, and commercials, to see this. I should've stopped at the previous fight. But I will never watch their rematch, and I may not watch Haney again unless it's a top guy that might beat him.

Kambo was gun shy and never figured out how to get in, or maybe just didn't have the fire. Haney did what he does, but it's no fun at all to watch.

They should have at least allowed Haney to have the rematch in America if he won. That was a bad deal there.

135 full of sharks? Name them. Tank is the only heavy hitter that can box, and it goes downhill from there. Maxie Hugh's has style, but he's under gunned. Ryan has a Canon, but mentally weak and boxing poor. Loma is busy. Who else is there?

Rematch shouldn’t happen. Kambosos would get beaten worse the 2nd time around. But if I’m Haney, I’m hoping it happens. He had to sign a 2-3 fight deal with TR to make this fight happen. Fulfill the contract and go back on the open market.

Horrible deal, but Haney had to bend backwards to make the fight. Less money, rematch back in Australia and sign 2-3 fight contract with TR. he’s not given enough credit for the sacrifices he made to make the fight happen.

                "Give Haney his full respect"

He saved the disrespect for the post-interview

"I outlanded him, I outpunched him" (Lopez-like delusion) and trying to pass some of the blame of his loss to ref and judges.

He looked embarrassed at his post fight interview. Should be, with all his trashtalking and arrogant antics. Even Jeff Fenech called him out.
He should pass on the rematch but his ego won't give him a choice, I think...

Poor kid, I almost feel sorry.

He had to fight in Australia for the money that is not even bad, what a disgrace.

Me too, but Arum is too tight, and DiBella is to small fry and egotistical to pass up on more spotlight on him.

135 is a war zone, nobody is safe here, everybody wants to enjoy his moments of glory. There are sharks in the water...

Who will be the last man stand at 135?
                      Ryan Garcia. He fights nobody
