So Kambosos is guaranteed another payday but fans won't be excited because Kambosos is no Duran. Teofimo is kicking himself because he could have been smarter & won. Oh well.

Nash back in. The fight will sell...but it will not be financially successful enough to pay Haney what he will be asking now he's champ. This fights success in those terms was dependant on government backing. The government won't pony up for the next one because the glory of the event has gone.

          The 5 'kings - a resume update

Loma dominated Campbell. Loma stopped Linares. Loma dominated pedraza
Garcia got dropped by Campbell but KO'd him
Lopez beat Lomachenko . Lopez lost to Kambosos.
Haney dominated Linares but wobbled. Haney dominated Kambosos.
Tank has fought none of the above but notable wins over Pitbull and Barrios and pedraza KO

          Based on this
          Haney Top
Lomachenko and Lopez joint 2nd (but Lopez now mute as moving to 140)
          Garcia - missing in action
Tank - too many unknowns but suspect he would be troubled by Haney's reach, beats Garcia, great fight with Loma, good fight with Kambosos

          Fights to make > Pitbull/Rolly , Linares-Garcia, Tank-Lomachenko, Haney-Stevenson -

can we say that - part of being an elite fighter is being on top of your mental game

Pity the US government won't pony up for huge fights - we'd have seen Floyd-pac circa 2009/10, Spence/Bud 2 years ago and Wilder/Joshua when they were unbeaten.

You guys got too carried away being champion. That performance was a disgrace

"Haney entered the fight with impressive back to back wins over former world champions Jorge Linares and Joseph Diaz."

                    LOL

That was a snoozefest. All Haney's fights are. Stick and move 101. I hope Loma comes back soon. Hell, at this point I believe cryin' Ryan is more fun than ANYTHING Haney has done.

Huh? When has the federal government ever subsidized professional boxing?
