Kambosos knock down of Teofimo is so overhyped

I re-watched the highlights of Kambosos/Lopez. On the knockdown Teofimo instantly hopped right back up, completely coherent, legs underneath him. This is a perfect example of a flash knockdown/getting caught cold in round 1. I feel like this knockdown is so overhyped.

It's only overhyped if you think knockdowns are solely about power.

    It was a beautiful shot.

I don't feel like there was ever that much hype over it, to be honest.

Other than live at the time, you'd have gotten up from your seat or at least said oh damnnnnnn

It wasn't that he was severely hurt; it was that the whole flow of the fight changed. Eighty-five percent of the population thought Lopez was going to blow Kambosos out of the water by the third round. Remember the over-under on that fight? **** load of people lost money on that over-under.

It's more of how that punch set the whole tone for the rest of the fight. You felt that at any moment something crazy could happen. That's one of my favorite fights of all time. Instant classic.

Exactly. Lopez throwing everything and trying to blast him out early but Kambosos caught onto his timing early and changed the fight in a flash.

He said that if Lopez came at him early then he'd tag him. When your opponent does exactly what he said he would then you suddenly have a few doubts.

I'm not sure how a punch that changed the course of a world title fight can be overrated.

All good brotha, HAHA I do have money on haney its all in fun. In my opinion kambosos stock is artificially inflated because of a Teo off night and a flash knockdown. He does have super fast hands and set a of balls on him though ill say that.

Hahahahaha Yeah. You should make a gif of when Haney made it to the corner and he looked like he was stoned out of his mind, looking around, smiling, as if he had no clue where he was. That kid was rocked!
