Love or hate Tank the guy can crack he's a legit hitter who has flattened big 135 and 140lbs yet Cruz ate all his shots like they were peanuts. Tank landed this vicious uppercut and lefts and didn't even dent Cruz.

I don't see any of the other top LWs being in a rush to face Cruz who win or lose will be in it all night.

You can tell by cruz' facial structure that hes got a chin. Square jaw, protruding brow ridge, muscles on his temples. Still confused how gamboa went 12 with tank though lol.

I think Cruz may be legit the man to rise amongst this group. If you watch Cruz' footwork it is deliberate... He makes Tank swing wild by pivoting. Cruz knows how to apply pressure, he is a legit pressure fighter and has the chin to back it up. Guy is seriously talented, I thought he beat Tank, and he is very young.

He also does not take a lot of shots, watch his footwork, a poster here has it on a gif... Dude uses pivots and repositioning. His engine is superb... dude is going to reclaim the Aztec empire!!! lol. I expect great things from him, I mean that sincerely.

Yea he does little things like that that add to his pressure style. He's definitely in the mix with those guys.

Yea his head looks like its carved chiseled like an actual pitbull.

Davis injured his left hand against Cruz, I seem to remember he boxed basically with one hand for a lot of the fight

Tank is an explosive puncher that catches guys with power shots they don't see that's what gets him the KOs, I don't think he has GGG type of power where he can catch you with straight shots they see coming and take you out, Davis is more of a sharp shooting sniper KO artist.

He took Tanks punches well but I don’t think he got hit with a flush shot. He’s smaller than Tank and he fights small. I always said that’s an advantage Tank has against most of his opponents but Cruz was the exception.

Good points he's so compact that it makes It difficult to land a clean body shot too.
