Did Kostya ever ask Phillips for a rematch? I bet Phillips didn't want to fight him again. He knew he just got away with beating a poor version of Tszyu.

after the loss , tszyu took a few tuneup fights before winning a title at 140 again a couple years later.

by then phillips already lost his belt at 140 and was fighting at 147 and as high as 154 i think.

kostya has no business at anything higher than 140.

kostya was the prototypical 140 guy. he was built like a strong lightweight with a height and reach of a 135 guy. like bradley is now.
