Is Teofimo waiting for himself to get too old ? All his bravado talk I think is just a cover for him being gunshy to get back in the ring. I sense a cherry picked stiff for his return.

It is false bravado from Teofimo, and his dad this was evident even before he fought against Kambosos, with all those postponements.
The beating he received at the hands of Kambosos, and seeing the damage that was inflicted on his face every time he looked in the mirror, was just to much him to bare.
That coupled with the two knock outs that he suffered in sparring to a teenage Jose "El Rayo" Valenzuela has shattered his aura of invincibility.
He knows damn well, and god that he's not the best fighter in the 135, or 140 pound weight division, and it's affected him so much that he appears to be reluctant to return to the ring.

Gervonta ''Tank'' Davis resigned with Mayweather Promotions, and Rolando "Rolly" Romero, are stable mates.
I can see Tank, and Rolly getting into fight thats not scheduled, arranged, or which they'll be getting paid for.
The bad blood between these two looks to be real, and ****** I mean Rolly can't keep his big mouth shut for his own good.
I just hope that if that does happen that they don't take it any further than that, Tank isn't going to take any mess from Rolly.

Tank is very, very good but I worry that he will eventually slip without some really stiff competition. If they are all easy it can get REALLY tough once you actually face a live dog. I’m not just blaming Tank. Literally none of these guys want any actual smoke it seems. They just want to act like they do. Feed Tank some names and if he performs well his star really takes off. Canelo and Joshua lost their aura so it’sa perfect time for another fighter to step in and be “that guy.” Should have been Crawford or Errol but unfortunately, they are getting up there in age and only seem to want to fight each other now to avoid losing to the next generation coming up.
