I think it went out something like 4am in the morning in the UK , Tank will only be known by the hardcores as he's stuck to PBC island opponents,, it was 80 dollars to stream legally and it was Tank vs a top 30 fighter (according to boxrec) so I doubt many, They've started doing PBC fights free to the UK on youtube but that's none ppv stuff as have Top Rank.

I believe Grevanta Davis can compete with the big boys but he has to leave the small pond. There is just no way around it, he's reached the end of what the PBC and Floyd can offer.

Tank needs to fight champions top contenders ,rolly was all talk no walk

Rolly is a super marketable personality but he is one dimensional. Rolly has power but doesn't have Ricardo Antonio Mayorga's chin or Marcos Maidana's skill set to take him further. A good counter puncher with pop puts him down.

will never know - will never risk that 0 and fight any fighter on his level. Will continue to fight any B-level pbc fighter with a Hispanic last name that only hard core fans have even heard of….Barrios, Cruz, Romero, or old past it names - Lsc, Gamboa. All mismatches with Davis the clear heavy favorite. Ellerbe will continue to use the “Davis A side and huge ppv attraction” as the excuse to avoid the top fighters who have called Davis out - Loma, Haney, Lopez, Garcia.

Davis fought smart tonight, too many on this thread going overboard, let Romero come to him, and eventually timed him between those wide shots that Romero throws and got cooked as a direct result.

Stoppage was spot on from the referee as well.

I agree 100% And while Rolly appeared to have some early success... I don't think he ever was a threat because he never got in close and used his Judo and size to fight inside and push Tank around... I made a solid effort to get behind Rolly because he talked intelligently about what he would do... But he stopped short of doing it and Tank figured out how to stop him with little real threat.

No... Ill eat crow but Tank said it best: That BS was to promote a fight and it worked. As boxing fans we have to start encouraging fighters to promote their fights... make it so the promoters are not necessary! This fight was very well promoted, and it was fun while it lasted.
