Seems clear Eddie Hearn is just name dropping Ramirez's name.
Jose has been fighting at 140. He's also with Top Rank.
I doubt Arum would let him fight on the DAZN platform,
let alone a debut fight at welter vs one of the top guys in the division.
    Unless I'm missing something.

Eddie let the unification between Mayer and Baumgardner happen on ESPN in exchange for Ramirez fighting Benn in England on DAZN.

Things could change in an instant like they do in the weird world of boxing, but that's supposedly the plan.

It would also be the second biggest payday of Ramirez's career. It won't be the 4 Mill Eddie paid him for the Hooker unification. But it will be big.

Where are you people getting this nonsense of Ramirez fighting Benn? Ramirez is a Top Rank fighter, fighting at 140, who is in line for a world title shot. How in hell could he be fighting Benn? Are you people ****** or something?

What is Ennis doing at PBC anyway? Why didn't he just become a free agent?
There's nobody there for him at PBC. Spence and Crawford are destined to move up to 154.
Crawford has been mentioning Charlo every chance he gets.
Nice try. Ennis asked for the Ortiz fight before and Ortiz said no, it doesn’t make sense to him. Now Let’s see if you’re going to blame Ortiz?

What kinda pot is that your smoking? You seen Ramirez fight? Lucky to beat Zepeda (could’ve gone either way) MD, lucky to beat a old Postol MD (could've gone either way) and ton of people had the Pedraza fight a draw. Ramirez is not world class.. he’s barely scraping by guy’s at 140. Benn vs Ramirez is a ****-show.. Benn is so much bigger and stronger. There’s a reason why Benn hasn’t fought Avanesyan despite all the call-outs in the last 3 years.. that’s a way tougher fight. Ramirez wouldn’t beat anyone at 147. Heck, he wouldn’t even beat Prograis or Antuanne Russell at 140

Good one… Unfortunately untrue, Vergil Sr. stated they would take the Boots fight next if it was offer to them but that Showtime and Cameron Dunkin would never allow Boots to fight Vergil. The proof is in the putting Vergil is fighting Top 10 welterweights back to back while Boots continues to fight nothing but bums

If one becomes a champ an the other becomes a mandatory then it can happen.

I like the bold. Screw those garbage belts and undisputed.
Neither guy is the best at 135, not at all, if you know your boxing.

Haney sold his soul to a bum for belts.

                    No buzz or vibe.

No it isn’t. About the same. I wonder what your motivation for this post is. Never mind, we all know the answer to that.
