Point is...ANYTHING can happen in boxing.
Yes, true, anything can happen in boxing. In Rolly's case, tho, I don't see it. I'm sure he'll fight hard for as long as it lasts. No matter what he tries, he'll be outgunned.

Rolly-Ryan would have been more competitive. I give Rolly a good shot to beat Garcia.

      But you're missing our point.

All of those fights we posted were more about the A-Side underestimating the B-Side and not showing up come fight night, making critical mistakes in their strategy and seemingly taking the opponent lightly. Choco in particular came in pudgy and we specifically called him getting sparked because it seemed like he wasn't serious in training.

Tank has already shown lapses in judgment and focus in the ring. He did it against Gamboa AND Isaac Cruz.

He can't have a lapse against Rolly - because Rolly really only needs to land one shot.

Plus, Tank telling him he's a "dumb ass fighter" - how bad would it look for Tank to even get dropped or wobbled against a "dumb ass fighter"? Especially one that is still promoted by Mayweather Promotions where Tank's on the way out?

Just saying...it feels like Tank is either not 100% focused or he's taking this guy lightly, and that's a BIG mistake. Even with skill level differences.

I dont care how Tank acts pre fight, I care more how he delivers in the ring.

I take his nonchalant as his way to handle Rolly's **** talking. If he gets involved in the back and forth with Rolly then Rolly wins the attention that he is seeking. Its his way to show it dont get to him, he isnt going to be a better trash talker than Rolly.

If he delivers in the ring and knocks him out then he wins.

Reminds me of DLH-Mayorga. DLH didnt even look Mayorga in the eye in the pre fight stare down he just looked at the ground. This is after mayorga talked all kinds of trash and some of it was pretty funny I admit. A lot of people say that is losing the mental game or whatever, but that doesnt matter he was the better boxer and took him to school in the end that is all that matters.

Maybe you should watch his workouts for this fight. He's taking this seriously. He wants to destroy this guy. And, Floyd not being around him, is actually less distraction.

We'll see on fight night. Two days to go.

Canelo looked like he was taking Bivol seriously during the workouts.
Cobbs looked like he was taking Rocha seriously during the workouts.
Manny looked like he was taking Ugas seriously during the workouts.
Porter looked like he was taking Crawford seriously during the workouts.
Teo looked like he was taking Kambosos seriously during the workouts.
Loma looked like he was taking Teo seriously during the workouts.

            ...we saw what happened.

Look - it's not about workouts. Anyone can look good during workouts.

We've seen a LOT of upsets in 2022.

Tank is off contract after this fight while Rolly is the star that Ellerbe now needs to focus on.

            Just sayin.

And for reference: we predicted Pac/Bradley 1 and Pac/Horn.

Doesn't a hypejob have to, you know, have some hype?

              Nobody thinks Romero is good.
