How does Canelo do in the 2009-2011 168 pound tournament?

      i think he beats abraham quite comfortably as hes the classic canelo opponent (real slow stiff european), probably look good in that one. I cant see him beating any of the american fighters, quick black fighters have always given him nightmares let alone bigger and stronger ones. dirrell had quite a lot of hype behind him when he was undefeated and was a good fighter at that point. I'd have ward pitching a near on shut out against canelo, just a different level of fighter. Canelo has a solid chin but i genuinely think he could have got stopped against froch/kessler with their styles, we've not seen canelo in with a fighter of their size, power and quality and he wouldnt be able to put a dent in them. that was a proper era of fighters in that division, people like plant and saunders wouldnt have even got called up into that tournament if they were around.
