Top Rank is the place to be at those weights for sure. But the problem in the long term is, if he goes north of 140 with Top Rank, his career will stall at that point, and PBC won't exactly welcome him back with open arms.

This thug isn't exactly fit to run a promotion or control his own career. He sounds like he barely learned how to speak, let alone read. He has a fighting style that is fun to watch but he is not well spoken at all. He's dumb lets just be clear about that.
