Remember all you PBC fanboys saying Crawford should or needed to sign with the PBC to get big fights? Well, Tank needs to sign with Top Rank if he wants to finally fight anyone worth a damn at 130-140lbs. He's a waste of talent over there at MP and PBC. fighting stiffs and charging $75 for it is not the answer.

Ok, maybe he will. Either way, Tank is big enough not to be signed with anyone. He can float between all the networks especially if he has his own promotional company which he does now. He will probably always be signed with Haymon as an advisor but that wont stop him from fighting anywhere just as it never did with other fighters aligned with Haymon who have fought on other platforms and networks. No matter what, it’s probably Tank you should be emailing directly since “pbc fanboys” don’t dictate financial or promotional terms….

Good for him, besides, it’s not like Floyd can complain, he did similar.

If I was a world level fighter today, I wouldn’t sign any long term contracts with anyone. There’s a lot of good platforms with PBC and their networks, DAZN, Top Rank/ESPN. If you want the best fights and leave your options open, just stay a free agent and sign short term deals with promoters.

Props to Davis for taking control! Heres hoping he will decide to risk that 0 and dare to be great and stop fighting b-level opponents and test his elite power/skills against the best.

Props to Floyd for mentoring Tank in some of the finer points of boxing. You can clearly see Floyd's influence in Tank's refinement from the time he started, up til now. Tank is a master boxer.
But you have to give Tank all the credit for listening and learning so well, his work ethic and honing his craft. It shows his intelligence

I'll give tank props when he fights someone ranked in the top 5 of the division in which they are fighting. Don't see that happening anytime soon regardless of who his promoter is.

Facts. They're just tired of Mayweather promotions. He'll still remain with the PBC.

Hence the reason he's leaving Mayweather. He wants to control his own destiny. He's the top lightweight whether wants to acknowledge it or not. From a money standpoint.

If this means he will be going after the belts, great news.

I get it, I understand the young man and if I were him, I would do the same however never bite the hand that feeds you always be respectful and courteous in the future be thankful for what you did accomplish under their leadership and understand it's a life lesson no more! They recognized your talent early on and wanted to also capitalize off of it, that's life.
