Yeah I would think this is true, like so many other pbc fighters it just means he gets to keep more of his money with someone running his own promotional company

So what I he looking to accomplish here? Is he looking to be able to fight better opponents? Or is he looking to just get more money,for more of the same, without paying Mayweather?

pity in some ways, floyd brings a lot of noise like the paul bros, he has guided tank well it could be argued, slowly slowly building and then striking when things are looking good, problem is this bypasses a lot of good fights deemed a bit risky which is not great but in the end tank could have been last guy standing at 135 but probably when the other guys have cleared each other out first or moved on or retired

Remember all you PBC fanboys saying Crawford should or needed to sign with the PBC to get big fights? Well, Tank needs to sign with Top Rank if he wants to finally fight anyone worth a damn at 130-140lbs. He's a waste of talent over there at MP and PBC. fighting stiffs and charging $75 for it is not the answer.

Top Rank is the place to be at those weights for sure. But the problem in the long term is, if he goes north of 140 with Top Rank, his career will stall at that point, and PBC won't exactly welcome him back with open arms.

Props to Davis for taking control! Heres hoping he will decide to risk that 0 and dare to be great and stop fighting b-level opponents and test his elite power/skills against the best.

I get it, I understand the young man and if I were him, I would do the same however never bite the hand that feeds you always be respectful and courteous in the future be thankful for what you did accomplish under their leadership and understand it's a life lesson no more! They recognized your talent early on and wanted to also capitalize off of it, that's life.

Hence the reason he's leaving Mayweather. He wants to control his own destiny. He's the top lightweight whether wants to acknowledge it or not. From a money standpoint.

Having more money doesn't make you the best lol. Beating the best, makes you the best.

Remains to be seen what happens with Tank and PBC, Mickey Bey is a prime example of what happens when Floyd is unhappy with one of his fighters, Mickey got set up against Barthelemy and never again allowed to fight on PBC!!! THOSE ARE FACTS!!!
