Morrell is all wrong for Bena*******

Southpaw, long, fast, strong, incredible footwork and very mean.

Benab1ches's best weapon is his jab. He's got an amazing jab but against a southpaw that jab's effectiveness will drop significantly. His other best punch is his left hook as a counter, which again is not the easiest counter to land against a southpaw. This time he isn't fighting somebody going up from 154 or 160. It's really the fight to make for us purists. Morrell might be taller but I am not sure. On paper Benat!t!s got the edge in experience but Morrell has beaten better guys in the amateur, so it's just on paper.

    What do you guys think?

    Benavidez butchers him up.

Cuban don't win big ones that's what history has shown us.

You figured this out from watching Morrell's 3 or whatever fights?

I think Morrel is all wrong for Charlo though.

Not enough experience in my opinion. I’m not saying Benavidez will massacre him but I think just the experience of going the distance and making adjustments. And the output and mental stamina of fighting at the elite level when you can’t really hurt your opponent. Morrell needs tougher opponents. By the time he’s ready for Benavidez at 168…DB will probably not be able to make 168 anymore.

Morrell is looking promising, I think he could use some more fights but he's already holding some trinket so he has to be mentioned as a player.

EDIT: Couldn't think of a southpaw DB has faced recently, just looked and Doughlin, but been a while. This is a good fight someday soon

Maybe, however WTF is the Rush exactly? Fight can be even BIGGER later down the Line when hopefully BOTH have Belts and they can then look to Unify

Continue to build up Morrell Jr just like they're doing now and build his name up even more so when they do fight it can be a HUGE FIGHT. Morrell Jr might have to worry about Aidos, another one of those Hard Hitting Kazakhstan fighters not being talked about much and is flying under the radar

Not sure WTF happened with the Ryder fight TWICE now but I wanted to see that fight for him as well (although I think he absolute destroys Ryder)
