You might be onto something. Canelo dropping back to 168 against a real opponent will negatively impact his performance.

Too many people are looking at this fight too simplistically. 1. Golovkin may have one great performance left in him, and if he does, Canelo is the main man that would bring it out of him. He'll fight through fire to get an official win over Canelo.

        2. Canelo has just took his first official loss in 9 years, and has been removed from his P4P top spot on many a list. Will this effect his mental state? Maybe. He's a human not a robot.

        3. Canelo is under massive pressure to avoid two losses in a row. One loss, whilst bad, you can climb back from very quickly. Two losses, especially to two different guys, that's a much longer road back to the top. The pressure here is all on Canelo, and that freedom and lesser expectation gives Golovkin a massive mental edge. he can just go to work as the underdog. Nash out.

It was a belt grab against a guy who's won his last 5 and stopped 3 of which.

I'm picking GGG by decision. And he gets his name called as the winner this time. Itll be a hard-fought battle but G has nothing to lose and will be fired up for this one. He still has his power, chin and boxing skills.

Canelo Fans “Bivol needs to fight someone his own size. He only won that fight because of a massive size advantage! Why is he trying to call up tiny Canelo?

                      also Canelo fans

“the fight to see is a Canelo against a forty year old Golovkin in a weight class he’s never fought at. Even though we’ve called him awful for the last decade, and been saying Canelo already beat him twice.”
