Disappointing re: Riakporhe. Probably a CBS rematch now. While that’s an ok fight it’s a shame they seem to have no confidence in trying to unify for their fighters.

Probably a decent fight while it lasts but I think this shows MR don't really have much confidence in Thompson, hence swerving the bigger domestic fights (I think the fight with Watkins was for a trinket belt and didn't have any ramifications for English or British titles?). Chev Clarke is certainly their better prospect at 200. Think I'd prefer Opetaia-Cieslak or Opetaia-Briedis II but it's not a terrible fight.

Yeah I don’t think Thompson is anywhere near ready. I’d much prefer to see him fight the Lawal-Chamberlain winner.

Dunno what’s going on with Cash, reminds me a bit of Callum Johnson’s career, has potential but just nowhere near active enough.

According to the circular, Bentley-Sheeraz is agreed, I’m optimistic it happens later this year, especially now Janibek is unifying with Gualtieri.
