                  Herring has nothing to be ashamed of in losing tonight. He's really an overachiever based on his skill set and intangibles. Retiring wouldn't be a bad idea before he sacrificed to a young heavy handed fighter.

                    I hope Herring's family and team can talk him into retiring. He had a good run but at 36 he just doesn't have the hand speed or athletic ability to beat anyone in the top 15 at 135 or 130
