No point arguing with children Ive beat the sht out of Manny fans on this for years and their Ferris Wheel of delusion keeps running them into another thread of the same BS.

One thing for sure there is no Ben Shapiro hating on Mayweather its only ever unintelligent contradictory morons, and to top it off 99% of them have never boxed a single round. haters of fighters in a boxing forum makes no sense to me, Ive never met a hater that was a stand-up guy, never.

Manny was the underdog versus Oscar as he was moving up in weight. Betting odds heavily favored Oscar.

Manny put Hatton in a coma in two rounds, it took Floyd 10 rounds and a lot of help from his guardian angel Joe Cortez to stop Hatton.

Thurman is in his prime and considerable larger and younger. Another opponent that Floyd ducked. Broner was ten years younger and had no excuses. Certainly a better fighter than Berto, Guerrero, McGregor and Ortiz.

Floyd struggled with Cotto who Manny stopped. Cotto was softened up by the time he fought Floyd.

Marquez came up 3 weight classes drinking his own urine to fight Floyd at a catchweight that Floyd never bothered to honor. He also refused to get on the scale the day of the fight.

Floyd ducked Mosley at 130/135 and waited until he aged out to fight him.

Floyd retired to avoid a rematch with Oscar. Then "retired" again in 210/2011 to avoid Manny.
You get a crying baby award as well, great work.

              • Hatton, who had already been knocked out by Floyd
              • Got KTFO by 40 year old Marquez
              • Thurman, who was coming off a long layoff due to injuries
              • Ancient Mosley
              • De La Hoya, who was even more past it than when Floyd fought him
              • Matthysse, who had already lost to Garcia, and got knocked out by Postol
              • Broner, who had already lost to Maidana and Mikey Garcia
Thats it, thats all you got? Pretty weak argument my friend by nitpicking. You also have to remember Manny is really a true 140lb fighter.

JMM did KO Manny, very badly I might add. Got huge respect for Juan.

Floyd was at 130/135 when Mosley was at 147. Do you expect Floyd to move up 2-3 weight classes to fight prime Mosley?

And saying that Floyd ducked Mosley is just plain untrue. It was the other way around. Floyd called out Mosley, but Mosley said he had a toothache.

Floyd sat at 130 and wouldn't budge when Shane was at 135. Shane is on record saying he called Floyd direct about a fight at 135 and Floyd said something about wanting to beat somebody's consecutive title defenses. Floyd never denied it.
