I could see this fight happening next. I doubt Bivol loses more than 3 rounds but no, he's never ducked Ramirez.
is Bivol ducking Zurdo Ramirez?

That's a good fight, Zurdo vs Smith, I see fireworks when I envision them trading. If he can't get the undisputed bout signed or Canelo II then sure he should fight his mando. I don't usually like the term 'ducked'- think it's generally ****** not to mention disrespectful - but avoiding a mandatory in the absence of a significantly bigger fight is as close as it gets to 'ducking' for me.
That said Zurdo shouldn't be sitting on his ass either if Bivol goes a different direction... Mundo vs Zurdo might sound like a comedy skit but should actually be a pretty decent fight... that's two big dudes. I'd also like to see Zurdo vs Vlasov II... that fight was close way back in what.. 2015 or so and many saw it going Maxim's way... reckon that'd be a worthwhile one to rerun.
Good post, thanks for your vote.Comment

I hope Bivol is a heavy favorite so I can place a bet because this to me is a closer fight than most predict.Bivol would dominate Zurdo, different level of fighters. Bivol just beat the p4p best fighter on the planet without breaking a sweat. Even before that, he had achieved more in less than 20 pro fights than Zurdo, who has more than double that. Bivol hasn't been in a close fight as a pro yet and he's fought top competition, Zurdo has been in close fights with mediocre competition.Comment
