He even lied about signing a contract when the WBA was calling for either the unification or his mandatory in Povetkin. He didn't sign anything. He turned that down as well. Shirly just made sure to keep on sending the contract back and forth until the WBA grew tired and enforced the mandatory position. This was after Eddie getting two, yes two, extensions to make the unification with Wilder. Not forgetting how the delusional one wanted a 50/50 split even though he's a bum who couldn't sell like AJ did. But look at the same people contradict themselves over the Crawford/Spence situation. No since re-hashing your versions of hearns mindless un-promotion of the AJ Wilder potential fight. Wilder (worthy or not as a champ) offered AJ exactly what he asked for ($50 million), and hearn & co. found numerous ways to walk away from it. PERIOD! Any other fighter in any weight-class on planet Earth would have taken the $50 million, PERIOD. In their mindless scheming hearn found reasons to turn it down. We'd have had a fight if they had just taken it (a career high guaranteed payday for any fighter in history at that point). End of story. You hearniacs deriding Wilder make the point even better. If Wilder was such a bum and unworthy, all the more reason to cash that $50 mill check in and go whoop his axx.

One reason Americans (like me) like and respect Lennox Lewis so much is because Lewis would have taken that money, came over, and settled it once and for all. Hmmnnn ... I've spoken to AJ's performance in fights before. I've commented on the Ruiz and Usyk fights. But I don't recall ever slandering him. I've often spoken to his abilities and potential, and credited him many times for being a monster in the division. I have no remembrance of whatever you are referring to.
