Comments Thread For: Castano: Charlo Probably Hurt With Some Punches, But I'm Not Puncher Like Maidana, Matthysse

CARSON, California - Brian Castano conceded that he's not as strong a puncher as some of the most memorable champions from his native Argentina. The former WBO junior middleweight champion still suspects that he hurt Jermell Charlo

Castano can move up to 160 and make waves. Hell he could possibly fight the other Charlo and see which brother deals with him better. I am willing to wager it ends as the same result but as a warrior he still has options in the sport.

Perhaps extra power might not of helped Brian Castano, considering Jermell Charlo's chin is underrated, and trading with a prime-champion that is credited for some of the best modern highlight-reel KO's in boxing was a bad idea -- yeah you remember Charlo KO's people with a JAB to the body!

Brian never learned from the first encounter, better defense is what he needed to win both fights ; In the first encounter he was also hurt bad, in the second he was finished.

Now move-over and let the 'Outback-Zombie' Tim Tszyu show you how to tear a man apart, its going to look like 'Thriller' up in this btch!

The difference was Charlo actually has defense. Even if mediocre. Castano has literally no defense outside of long range.

Yes sir. Sho-stats suggest both Charlo and Castano were prone to getting KO

Had he been a puncher, he might have stopped Charlo. On the other hand, if he were a puncher, maybe Charlo is more careful.

                  Great fight.

Castano conducts himself well, unlike Charlo who just sounds like an ignorant uneducated bum.
