  • You Can't Be A P4P Great if None of Your Fights Are on a Level Playing Field

It's a fact. Could you imagine if Michael Jordan never had to play a road game in his entire career? Of if Tom Brady got to play the super bowl in New England every year. In the snow? Would they still be considered as great as they are?

That's exactly the type of unfair playing field Canelo gets every fight plus much more. Every fight is a home fight, tens of thousands of screaming fans booing the opponent.

Could you imagine if every big game of Jordan or Brady's career they got an unfair call going their way that decided the game? Remember the tuck rule call that Brady got? Canelo gets a tuck rule call EVERY close fight From that bull**** 10-2 card for canelo over trout, the open scoring where they announced Canelo was up 8-0 even though most people had Trout winning, that bull**** 9-3 card over Lara, bull**** 6-6 card for floyd, bull**** cards vs. GGG, Bivol.

Could you imagine if Michael Jordan had told the Utah Jazz they have to play barefoot or do other things to make it harder to win the game? That's what Canelo does every fight with rehydration clauses, stipulations in the contract, glove stacking, etc.

Could you imagine if Michael Jordan had tested positive for PEDs?

It's time to expose this fraud for what it is. It's really shameful to me that any honorable boxing fan is ok with this.

Before you tell me "thats the A-side, that's boxing." I DON'T CARE. It's bull**** and it isn't right, period.

This kind of stuff has always happened in boxing. I can see the Champion getting some favors like ring size but as you pointed out Canelo took it to a whole other level. It blew up in his face when he fought a good mobile fighter in his prime. He wasn't even competitive with Bivol.

I agree but has it ever happened this badly? Floyd was always the A side but every time he fought he fought in front of 20,000 booing fans. I think you agree when you said canelo took it to a new level, thats what I was getting at.

Who cares if fans booed Floyd when judges and refs had Floyd s back?

No I said EVERY fight Floyd fought was like Tom Brady or Jordan playing a road game. Every fight canelo fought was like Brady getting to play the super bowl in New England in the snow. You can't be a great if you always get to play home games.

Ask any professional athlete they'll tell you it's much harder to win on the road, why do you think Brady's record in away AFC championship games was so poor??

Of course you should be penalised if you have home advantage. Also if you want a win to be deemed great you need to give a rematch that's the least you can do.
I mean Floyd wants his wins over pac and nel o to be deemed great wins he needs to give a rematch at the very least

Being the fan favourite can't be a criticism surely?

Pacquaio was always the fan favourite almost every fight he had for example.

There was no controversy in the wins over pac or Nelo. Pac won't maybe 3 rounds Canelo won zero.
