Crawford should be 1. Really there's no way Canelo should be above Shakur Stevens, Tank Davis, Lomacheko, or Chocolatito, but I'll take this ranking. Lomacheko fell off the list when he took a loss, so did Gonzalez. GGG fell off the list after losing to Canelo. Canelo can earn it back by fighting Andrade, Charlo, Benavidez.

I agree with the top 3. The rest are pretty much interchangeable IMO. Estrada is probably a little too high also if I’m nitpicking. Solid list overall.

Poor nelo. Fighting every 3 months didn't earn him favours

No Fury is complete bullshit. Bivol should be ahead of Canelo. Shakur should be on list. You can put Taylor ahead of him if you wish.

I’m putting Navarette on (had him on my list for months) and taking Loma and Gonzalez off.

          5. Tyson Fury
          6. Dimitry Bivol
          7. Saul “Canelo” Alvarez
          8. Shakur Stevenson
          9. Josh Taylor
          10. Emmanuel Navarette
          11. *Juan Francisco Estrada
          12. GGG
          13. Vasily Lomachenko
          14. Tank Davis
          15. Nonito Donaire

That was ****** of me, I should have put Fury on my list.

I just view p4p as different than a lot on this forum, to me it's a list of how difficult someone is to beat, resume matters but it's not everything. Tank and Shakur are just on a roll right now. I knocked on Tank's resume but to be honest you have to admit his wins over Barrios and Cruz look really good now considering how massive Barrios looked vs Keith (and Keith still couldn't' stop him) and Cruz's performance vs. Gamboa. And Valdez was looking like a world beater vs. Berchelt. But I'm fine putting Canelo ahead of Tank and Shakur for now, Canelo's overall body of work is better than theirs. Give Tank and Shakur 2-3 more fights and I think they'll prove that they belong above him.

As for Gonzalez, I took him off my list after the SSR fight. But to me he's more than earned the right to be back on there with an absolutely brilliant title win over Yafai and to me what was a clear robbery vs. Estrada, who was a p4p fighter. Dominating win over Martinez too.

I guess it would help to know how far back they are judging a fighter's accomplishments when deciding their rankings. How far does one recent loss send you down on the list? How far does one recent win raise you up on the list? Are they considering career spanning accomplishments--winning titles in multiple weight classes will outweigh being a champ in only one? The eyeball test? Quality of wins? These are all very subjective lists, and each list, Ring, ESPN, Boxrec, etc., has different rankings.

Teo was briefly launched ahead of Loma when he won, now he is nowhere to be found. Kambosos didn't even sniff the top ten when he beat Teo. Yet, Chocolatito is on the list after one win over a marginal opponent, so I'm guessing his volume of work is being taken into consideration here? GGG just unified titles at 160 as did Shakur at 130, both dominating performances. Unlike Taylor who struggled and some argue was given a gift.
